The role

The Architectural Photographer shoots our spaces — homes, hotels, studios, cultural and commercial buildings — for the CRAFT publication, the My Compound and Our Craft series, property showcases, and brand work. It is a full-time, high-output role for a photographer who specialises in architecture and interiors, shoots and edits to a high standard, and works fast without dropping quality.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot architectural and interior stills to the CRAFT standard.
• Cover property showcases, features, events, and behind-the-scenes across Compound's brands.
• Edit, retouch and colour-grade to a consistent, high finish.
• Work to the shared photo direction so images read as one across a publication or series.
• Deliver RAW files and final selections into Company systems on tight, rolling deadlines.
• Maintain equipment, and keep to the Company's shoot schedule at all times.

Required skills & experience

• Specialist in architectural and interior photography, with a portfolio to prove it.
• Strong editing, retouching and colour work.
• Fast, reliable turnaround on a heavy shoot schedule across Lagos and beyond.
• An eye for design, space and light; able to match a defined visual standard.
• Organised with files and delivery; careful with equipment and access.
• Discreet and professional around clients, homeowners and feature subjects.
